By Saskia Soowijl, fashion buyer at Yehwang.

As fashion buyer at Yehwang I’m constantly looking for new fashion trends. Last week we  ventured into  Europe  for new fashion inspiration and to purchase the first summer items.

And we’re so excited about what we found  that we’d love to give you a glimpse of Yehwang’s summer collection 2019:

Bright colors and striking prints

Spring season is coming. The colors that will play a big role this spring/summer will make everyone happy!

Stores will be full of sunny and bright colors and cheerful prints. We’ll start the season off with a striking upcoming trend:

Fluorescent colors. After all those dark months, I understand it’s a bit in the face.. But dress up and own it!

Prints (including the snake print and  panther print) are still trendy. Last year these prints were in natural tones. This year, they are come in trendy fluor colors.

Another upcoming animal trend: the zebraprint!

Soft pastel

Not everyone will (immediately) embrace the fluor trend. Don’t worry!

The counterpart of the bright colors are the light pastel shades and soft fabrics. Especially light green, light yellow and light blue will be seen often.

Layer by layer

Another trend that makes me happy is layering: combining lots of layers of clothes and jewelry. Everything’s allowed. The more, the better. Combine multiple layers and your outfit immediately looks more exciting.

Don’t forget to layer your jewelry as well. Yehwangsells some nice layered necklaces, but of course you can mix & match yourself with different jewelry.

Want to know how to style these trends?

So, whether you like clothes with bright colors, prints and layers, or want to go for soft pastel colors – there’s enough for everyone this summer.

Do you want to know how to style these trends? As soon as our clothes are in, I’ll show you in detail how to combine our items! Keep you posted!

Love, Saskia
